No Longer Be Frozen In Past Greif Part 2

OPERATIONAL ERROR, OR EXCELLENCE?
It sounds strange I know, but for many years now The Lord has had me praying unique, even weird things over people. When we operate in the prophetic vein, it simply means that we flow by The Spirit of God in a spontaneous way. This is difficult for those who are more adept in the word or the truth, than The Spirit. We are called to be balanced in each. You cannot effectively have one without the other. Notice, that I said “effectively.”

The word says to worship (this is not just admonishment to “sing, dance or declare” as we know it in a church setting) but to live and go on our way, “loving and with affection” in and by The Spirit and in and by Truth.

Worship: From the root πρός (G4314) and a probable derivative of κύων (G2965) (meaning to kiss, like a dog licking his master’s hand).

Worship is about devotion in every day life to the one you love. Turning your affection toward your lover. This is an intimate walk where we hear the heartbeat of our master in every step of our lives. This is where our ears stay so close to Father’s heart, that we can hear His desires, know what He loves and we operate in the same. This was Jesus’ method. To do what He saw and heard The Father do.

ABORT, ABORT, ABORT!
Now, back to the strange methods I mentioned earlier. Remember that this is Part 2 of being “Frozen In And By Grief.” One of the most interesting declarations Father has ever prompted me to release, was to perform a spiritual DNC. This now, happens on a pretty regular basis and since I began doing it several years ago, I have heard others do something similar. You see, all of God’s creation has a method built into them, by which they may reproduce. It’s natural. The male deposits and the female receives, gestates and births offspring. It’s God’s plan.

But spiritually, both women and men have wombs. And we each have and receive spiritual seed. Some of us may still be grieving a vision that has long been dead. Maybe it never came to fruition, because we didn’t understand that there was a response that needed to be made to Creator’s offer. Yes, God always gives grace to augment where we are weak, but there are times too, that we are required to show up and act on the word He has given. And often, it is all about His divine timing.

Because Father is a loving Papa, who desperately desires to see us succeed, He will always send new vision to be deposited within us. We cannot change what we may have missed in our past journey, but we can always accept His future offers. The problem is, when we hold fast to an old dead vision, the new dream cannot be conceived. Father always has a dream that is waiting for conception, if we have the capacity to carry it.

This is where I believe our precious Creator allows great grace in covering our past mistakes. He desires to perform a spiritual DNC, removing the dead residual of an old vision. The spiritual walls of the spiritual uterus must be cleaned and we must come to the painful realization that what we carry, no longer lives. That season has past. Unfortunately, there is no chance of birthing what is fresh and full of life, as we hold onto what is now obsolete. A season can be over, and if not careful, we often continue in a vain attempt to birth what now has no place in Papa’s orchestration.

DNC
Dilation (or dilatation) and curettage (D&C) refers to the dilation (widening/opening) of the cervix and surgical removal of part of the lining of the uterus and/or contents of the uterus by scraping and scooping (curettage). It is a therapeutic gynecological procedure as well as most often used method of first trimester abortion.

Many of us have felt the grief of birthing what the Medical Field calls a “still born.” The loss of vision for what ever reason, before we ever see it materialize. I know that I have. I had a night dream a couple of weeks ago and woke hearing the strangest statement. I knew it was The Lord speaking, but it just seemed odd to me at the time. Now, it seems much clearer. . .

I heard Him clearly say, “That which is dead must be aborted, before you can conceive the new.”

CONCEIVE THE NEW VISION
You see, the spiritual uterus must be prepared again to “ receive” and “conceive” new life. One of the things I have learned about Creator is that He always has something fresh and new for us. Those dreams we’ve carried for so long, may be dead simply because we could never figure out just what they needed to look like.

Maybe you thought you were going into full-time ministry, and it seems the door just never opens. Could it be that you are called to be in ministry right there in your job? Could it be that Father has prepared a congregation of individuals right where you are, that need what you have? Could the vision that you have had about being a missionary to a far away land, be about doing missions covertly in unique places and groups right here at home? And for others, are you called to “go” to far away lands, but fear leaving your comfort zone?

Father can still accomplish the plans He desires to retain, but they may look completely different than you have always imagined. This is a time to throw out every preconception of what God is going to, or has said He would do. Throw out whatever you THINK you understand about it, and allow Him to deposit those dreams afresh within you. Allow Him to orchestrate the outcome His way, not yours. Allow Him to abort old understanding of any part of your call, if it has not begun to come into view; and receive a fresh deposit. Receive the conception of a new thing and step into it.
